By using Proposium, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using Proposium on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Services Provided

Proposium is a marketplace that connects corporations and nonprofits for corporate social responsibility initiatives, RFPs, and grants. We provide tools for posting opportunities, matching, and communication.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Do not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Proposium’s systems.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

5. Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Proposium.
• By submitting content, you grant Proposium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Services.
• Proposium may remove or modify content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Third-Party Services

Proposium may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Proposium or other users.

• Proposium makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content or matches.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proposium and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
